The countries of the Pan-pacific regions have drawn a stupendous economic prosperity during the last decade. But this prosperity has not turned into social development. Many were deprived of the advantage of this economic progress. One out of ten labours of this zone still live below the poverty line. The matters of great concern of this regions are exploitation of labourers and lack of legal support, compelling millions of people to work under pressure, child labor and refugee crisis. Hence, it's time to appraise the programmes taken in the previous years and to set up future action plan. Two issues are to be reckoned to determine future action tactics in the field of employment. These are the effects of information technology on employment and income inequality in the society. In the 16th pan-pacific regional conference of international labor organization, different speakers emphasized on these issues.

Significance of Observing Intellectual Martyrs Day in our National Life

The martyred intellectuals of 1971 did not belong to the same profession but all of them had one thing in common, they were patriotic nationalists. The Pakistani army that killed them had been declared themselves also to be patriotic and nationalistic; but were poles apart from the Bengali intellectuals in their idea of patriotism and nationalism. Buoyed up by their patriotism of plunder. the armed Pakistanis subjected the Bengalis to one of the worst genocides in human history.

The process started with language discontent and movement which began right at the inception of
Pakistan as a state. Initially it was an intellectual movement, but soon it took on a political character. The intellectuals had protested against the state's presumptuous move to impose Urdu as the state language on the Bengalis; and the entire population of Bangladesh lent their support to that protest. The toiling masses had their own disappointments, and they found in the new movement an outlet for their grievances. Step by step the movement grew and was strengthened by popular discontent. The design of the rulers to keep Bangladesh as a rich field of exploitation became clearer with the passage of time and the demand for autonomy continued to gain momentum. The majority of the Pakistani population lived in Bangladesh, and to deprive them of their rightful share of state power a curious, and totally undemocratic, system of parity was devised. The intellectuals and political leaders demanded universal adult suffrage, which the rulers had to concede, finally clearing, without their it, the way for the breaking-up of the unnatural state that Pakistan was.

The contradiction between the state and the intellectuals was beyond resolution. Needless to say, all
our intellectuals did not promote Bengali nationalism; there were some who clung to the establishment and acted in a manner which was reactionary. The intellectuals come from the middle class, which class is well-known for its wavering on ideological issues. But those who saw the national question from the historical and objective point of view were on the side of Bengali and felt the irresistible urge to take up a position which the state found intolerable. The we know, is a person who interprets the world and engages himself/herself in the dissemination of the interpretation to the people. This is what the intellectuals who had rejected Pakistani nationalism had done, earning undisguised state hostility.

The martyred intellectuals have played their role, they have influenced the movement of history a become a part of it. Our national heroes are the intellectuals who made strident a pace for y development of Bangladesh. If we can inculcate their thoughts into our children's mind, they able to realize the meaning of patriotism. So observing intellectual martyrs day is very important our national life. Our present political and socio-economical problems that arise from lack a patriotism can be solved through national consents. If we study the patriot intellectual martyr weg easily understand how to reach a universal point. We can learn how to sacrifice for the country observing intellectual martyr day can bring a conscience among us.

Let,

Width(W) of Rectangular =x

Length(L) of Rectangular=3x

So, Rectangular area=3x×x=3x^2

ATQ,

3x^2=768

x^2=256

x=16

Now,Rectangular Perimeter,

=2(L+W)

=2(3x+x)

=8x

=8×16

=128

Rectangular perimeter =Square perimeter

so, Square perimeter,

4x=128

x=32

Area of square=x^2

=32×32

=1024

Need total tiles=1024÷(.8×.8)

=1600 Pieces.

Let. B paid Tk. x

A paid Tk. (x+4,500) And C paid Tk. (x+7,000)

According to the question,

x+x+4500+x+7000=280003x+11,500=280003x=28000-115003x=16500x=165003=5500

B paid Tk. 5,500

A paid Tk. (5,500+4,500) = Tk. 10,000

C paid Tk. (5,500 +7.000) = Tk. 12,500.

Their profit sharing ratio as their investing ratio = 10,000 : 5.500 : 12,500=100 : 55 : 125=20 : 11 : 25

Profit of C =  5,600 x 25 20+11+25=5600×2556=2500

ans C profit tk. 2500
